What actually happens in a reading?

You show up, Travis tunes in, and he tells you what he's receiving: names, details, the oddly specific stuff that only you would recognize. You don't need to prepare anything or feed him information. Your job is to confirm or not confirm what comes through.

There's usually laughing. There's usually crying. Frequently both inside the same minute.

Can you guarantee a specific person will come through?

No, and anyone who promises that is selling something. Nothing is sent. Everything can be received. Travis works with what arrives, and it's remarkable how often the one you're hoping for is the loudest in the room. But it's a real answer, not a guaranteed one.

Are readings in person or over video?

Sessions happen over Zoom by default, and you'll get a link after booking. The connection is just as strong across a screen as it is across a table, so distance isn't a factor in how this works.

How many people can be on the call?

Up to three people can join a private session, so bring the sibling, the partner, the best friend who has been waiting for this as long as you have.

If you want more than three in the room, book a group reading instead. That format is built to hold a bigger circle and gives everyone a fair share of the time.

How far out is Travis booking?

Booking is open to everyone, no waitlist required. That said, the calendar runs several months out, so the next available date will likely be further away than you'd expect. Grab the soonest one that works and it's yours.

What's the cancellation policy?

Sessions are non-refundable, but life happens and your booking isn't lost if it does. Get in touch before your scheduled time and we'll move you to a new date.

Is it too soon after a loss?

There's no rule, and grief doesn't run on a schedule. What matters is whether you're steady enough to receive what comes without needing it to fix anything. A reading is evidence, not a replacement for grief support, and for a lot of people it lands best alongside the other care they're already getting.

What if I'm skeptical?

Good. Bring it. Skepticism keeps the bar where it belongs, on specific and verifiable details rather than vague comfort. You're not required to believe anything walking in. Just say yes to what lands and no to what doesn't.
